What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8AM until 6PM
Do you ever work weekends?
Yes. By appointment made during regular office hours above.
Do you work holidays?
We do not work on the following holidays:
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Thanksgiving Day (and the Wednesday before)
- Christmas and New Year Holiday (December 24 - January 1)
Do you offer transportation services for people or pets?
No. We are not insured for these types of service. However, we may be able to give you a referral, so please feel free to ask.
Do you charge for travel time?
We allow 15 minutes to get to the first destination on your list, and then we begin charging by the hour. Please visit our RATES page for more details.
Do you charge for consultations?
We offer FREE consultations by phone. If you then choose to use our services the appropriate package or hourly rate applies.
Do you charge for cancellations?
We charge a $15 cancellation fee if we do not receive advance notice of cancellation at least one hour prior to your scheduled service; so please call ahead as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
What if I purchase a package and then don’t use all the hours?
You have up to one year from the date you purchase your package to use up all your hours and then your package will expire. We do not give refunds for expired packages.
What is your privacy policy?
Waiting For You respects your privacy. Any personal information collected from you will be held in the strictest of confidence and will be used for internal purposes only. We will not share your private information with anyone outside our office.
